Terms of Service
Last updated 28 July 2026
By using Uploader you agree to what follows. If you do not, please don't use the service.
What the service does
Uploader connects the social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage and publishes the content you submit to them through each platform's official API. We act on your instruction; we do not create, edit or schedule content on our own.
Your account
- Give an email address you actually control — it's how you sign in.
- Keep your password and API keys to yourself. Anything done with your API key is treated as done by you.
- Tell us promptly at hello@stapilo.com if you think someone else has access.
Your content
- Your content stays yours. You give us permission only to transmit it to the platforms you have chosen.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish through us, including music, video and images.
- You are responsible for what you post and for following the rules of each platform you post to. Their terms apply to your content in full.
Acceptable use
Do not use Uploader to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or that infringes someone's rights; to send spam or run coordinated inauthentic activity; to work around a platform's rate limits or restrictions; or to post to accounts you are not authorized to manage.
Platform access
We depend on APIs the platforms control. They can change, restrict or withdraw access at any time, and a platform may suspend your account for reasons that have nothing to do with us. When that happens, publishing to that platform stops working and we cannot restore it on your behalf.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and a post can fail because a platform is down, a token expired, or a file was rejected.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost audience or damage to reputation arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
Ending it
Stop using the service and ask us to delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts our platform access at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
